Privacy Policy

We will never collect any personal information, other than that needed to perform the services for which you pay us.  The information we do gather will never be sold or otherwise distributed to outside parties, except as necessary to provide your services, or as required by law.

On occasion, aggregate statistics of website usage may be provided to outside parties.  No personal information, nor personally identifying data, will be given.

Terms of Service

No client shall be permitted to deliberately abuse or attack DreamFire's systems, nor to use DreamFire's systems to abuse or attack any other systems.  Any clients found to be deliberately abusing or attacking systems, or found to be willingly facilitating abuse or attacks will be subject to immediate cancellation of their account(s) and forfeiture of any fees paid.  Any unpaid amounts will become immediately due, and all rights to privacy may be considered waived, at management's discretion.

Spam & Email Usage

Unsolicited commercial email (UCE, or "spam") is not acceptable.  Any clients found to be sending or willingly facilitating "spam" will be subject to immediate cancellation of their account(s) and forfeiture of any fees paid.  Any unpaid amounts will become immediately due, and all rights to privacy may be considered waived, at management's discretion.

Payment Information

Please make all checks payable to "Bruce Caruthers" (not DreamFire Enterprises). 

Currently we do not accept credit cards.  If there is sufficient demand, we may begin accepting credit cards in the future.

We do accept personal and company checks, as well as cash, of course (although we do not recommend sending cash through the mail).
